Short, and in plain language
Draft, pending legal review before public launch. It says what we actually intend; the wording may change.
Using it
90 Days is a web app you run in your browser. Using it means you accept what is on this page. If you do not, do not use it. You need to be an adult to use it.
It is not medical advice
The app is a self-tracking tool and a piece of writing. It is not medical, psychological or therapeutic advice, it does not diagnose anything, and it is not a substitute for talking to someone qualified. If low mood is persistent rather than passing, or if the same pattern has repeated for years, a huisarts or a psycholoog is the right next step rather than another attempt on your own. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency service.
No promised outcomes
We do not promise that using this app will change anything for you, and we do not claim a specific result on a specific day. The content describes what people commonly report and what plausibly explains it, with the uncertainty stated. Read it as a rough map, not as a schedule.
Your data is yours
What you write stays in your browser on your device. We do not receive it, so we cannot recover it for you if you clear your browser storage, lose the device, or the browser evicts the data on its own. The JSON export exists for exactly that reason; use it if the entries matter to you. See the privacy page for the detail.
Price
The app is free to use, including the crisis flow, and there is no account. If a paid tier is added later it will be clearly marked, it will not remove anything that is free today, and it will never appear in the middle of the crisis flow.
Provided as is
The app is provided as is, without warranties, and may change or stop being available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from using it or from being unable to use it. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited.
Changes and contact
If these terms change materially, the updated version appears here. Questions: [CONTACT EMAIL]. Dutch law applies.
